What is your name?
Cara E L Clark

What do you do for a living in 10 words?
Find people that will hopefully fill roles I’m recruiting for

Where do you currently reside?
Glasgow

  1. Tell us what your typical day at work looks like?
Hammer LinkedIn so much I get blocked and drink several cups of tea.

  1. What has been the best piece of advice you have received so far in your career?
You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

  1. What goals have you set for 2018 and beyond?
For 2018 the current goal I am working towards is saving up for my own flat and finally leave the family nest. For beyond, I would have to say my dream is to travel round/live in Australia for a few years and hopefully travel elsewhere too. There’s so much in the world to see!

  1. What did you want to do when you were a kid?
I have been attending dance classes since I was 7 so obviously my dream was to be a prima ballerina.

  1. What memories do you have of your first ever job?
My first job was in a retail shop called ‘Wallis’ and my delightful memories would have to be, 1. working in the sweltering heat (the air-con had been broken for over a year!!) and 2. dealing with the delightfully accommodating customers *please note the sarcasm*.

  1. What was your favourite programme as a child?
I was obsessed with the Teletubbies, Po was my ultimate favourite. My brother even bought me their album one Christmas.

  1. Who did you idolise when growing up?
Was always a huge fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. That girl had some amount of sass.

  1. If you could invite anyone (dead or alive) for dinner who would you invite and why?
Would have to be David Bowie, just for the sheer fact he was a music legend!

  1. Tell us something about yourself that not many people would know?
I chased after Rory McCann - aka the guy in the porridge oats advert/ hot fuzz / ‘the hound’ in the greatest TV show of all time - in my old work (M&S) and got his autograph on the back of a receipt.
