    The Friday Interview
What is your name?
Stacey Clark
What do you do for a living in 10 words or less?
Work for the best recruitment agency you’ve never heard of.
Where do you currently reside?
  1. Describe yourself in 3 words?
Loyal, Stubborn and talkative
  1. What was your favourite programme as a child?
I was a massive fan of Saved by the Bell.  I loved Zach and wanted to be Kelly. Hahaha!
  1. What did you want to do when you were a kid?
For a while I remember wanting to be an air hostess.
  1. What memories do you have of your first ever job?
My first part time job when was when I was at school.I worked in a children’s toy shop in Glasgow Airport and I absolutely loved it.  I had quite a lot of responsibility for a 16/17 year old, as I would be in charge of opening up/cashing up the shop.  It was a small company so there was usually only 3 staff in over the weekend so I was always working with my friends, which was great.  It was also pretty good for celebrity spotting.  I remember one day being in the shop on my own for a few hours, so when the next member of staff came in I took the chance to nip away to the toilet and take a 5 min break.  I was literally away for 5 mins and by the time I got back to the shop I had missed David Beckham coming in and buying toys for Brooklyn. #gutted
  1. What would you want to tell your 20-year-old self knowing what you know now?
I was going to say the lottery numbers but that was already said a few weeks ago so thought I best think of a new answer!!
Definitely to worry less and just do what makes you happy.  Life is short so there really is no point in stressing about the little things.  Enjoy life and live it to the fullest.
  1. Tell us what a typical day at work looks like?
Like most people say there really is no typical day in recruitment, every day can be so different.  I do love the variety of my role though as each day involves a range of different tasks - Resourcing, Admin, HR, Finance, Marketing, so I really am never bored at work.
  1. What was the best advice you received at the beginning of your career?
Never be scared to ask questions, it’s the best way to learn.
  1. Do you have any morning rituals?
I’m not sure it’s a ritual but my normal routine usually involves snoozing my alarm about a million times until I then realise I hardly have any time left to get ready.
  1. What is your favourite movie?
It’s so hard to pick just one….top picks would be Die Hard with a Vengeance, Grown Ups, Rush Hour and While you were sleeping.
