What’s your message?

What’s your message?

 3 Aug 2017

The dismissal of Anthony Scaramucci after ten days as communications chief for Donald Trump has got us thinking about marketing and communications this week. The way we interact with our customers has the power to promote our brand message and online media is widely used to attract a larger audience through blogs, advertisements and social media.

The media has the ability to make and break the reputation of brands with greater speed and ferocity than ever before therefore what we say and how we present ourselves online and through marketing is an extremely powerful tool. So how does the way we way we communicate with our customers impact our reputation? The tone we choose and the messages we deliver must be authentic and relate back to our core values and the culture of our organisation. Our tone of voice should be consistent to our brand and ensure we build trust with those we seek to do business with. It is through positive conversations and representing the organisations that we work for with passion that we drive success. So before you send out your next communication reflect on how your customers view you and what you want to be famous for.
