Thanks for the email but what does this mean for me as an employer? 
Well we have actually made this decision with you in mind.  Our new software gives us extra functionality, clarity and engagement of our candidate database.  The algorithms in our software will automatically create a talent pool for every job we create that we can revisit time and time again. 
Another feature that we are excited about is the ability to automatically send out job alerts by email and text for jobs that are highlighted by the candidate as of interest when they register or apply, this can also be amended at any time by the candidate.  
So you really think that this new system will help me recruit the best talent? 
We sure do and, not only that, we believe that we can help you find the best talent faster than ever before.  Our talent pool and marketing features will put the top talent at our fingertips, ranking features will allow us to rank candidates to ensure that the top candidates are visible to all of our consultants even if they haven't worked with them before. 
Will these new marketing features mean that candidates are receiving spam mail on our behalf? 
Taking care of our clients' brand and public image is of the utmost importance to us and in order to build long term relationships we have adopted the philosophy of 'Permission Marketing'.  Candidates now control their own profile on our website where they can sign in and check to see their application status.  When they sign in they can add new CV's and amend their job alert and marketing preferences.  We will only ever include individuals that have given us permission upon sign-up to receive marketing emails or texts. 
Are there any other changes that have been made to the website?

We have pulled together some excellent content for job seekers with advice in many areas from CV writing to planning the job search.  Through our blog you will also be able to keep up to date with the global goings-on in many different sectors plus some good old fashioned motivational content that we all need from time to time.
