Our London based client is looking for an Personal Assistant, who will be responsible to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and Fleet Manager.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT 
  • Shipping industry knowledge is preferred. 
  • Good administration experience within a fast-paced office environment. 
  • Good MS office skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Call and correspondence handling.
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments.
  • Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Record minutes of meetings.
  • Book and arrange travel, visas, transport and accommodation.
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Provide back-up support for Technical Assistant.
  • Maintain stock inventory and ensure replenishment of all consumables in the office i.e. stationery, coffee, water etc.
  • Ensure the tea point and office public spaces are maintained in an orderly manner.
  • Promote and comply with the Company’s “Safety and Environmental Policy” and any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Management of the Company.
