Brand and Insights Manager

Our growing Financial Services client has an opening for a Brand and Insights Manager to join their Glasgow based office on a permanent basis.
The Brand and Insights Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the Company’s Broker Voice program, including planning activity and reporting on activity to inform the wider marketing strategy.

  • Proficient in utilising all marketing channels including social, face to face and virtual
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to maintain and grow these relationships
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A self-starter who takes accountability for work stack
  • Degree level education or relevant industry experience
  • Strong brand management experience as well as experience of insight reporting
  • Developing the Company’s insight platforms and data sources and own daily management of the platforms
  • Act as brand champion, being a first point of contact for questions relating to brand values and guidelines
  • Create an attribution model and develop KPI framework
  • Own and deliver brand projects, such as the new merchandise range
  • Support the development of Brand & Marketing strategy
  • Prepare Business presentations & updates
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team, sales, and product teams to shape and develop brand pillars
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring brand values and pillars is weaved through the business
  • Prepare written presentations, business cases, reports, and proposals
  • Contribute to marketing planning by providing insight from the broker voice and insight panels
  • Please note travel to the Glasgow Head Office will be required at a minimum monthly
