Our Financial Services client, one of the leading independent wealth management companies in the UK, is looking to expand its Corporate Actions team in Edinburgh. Working on a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Corporate Actions Regulatory Reporter, our client is looking for someone who has Compliance awareness and Regulatory experience. The team requires a Corporate Actions Regulatory Reporter who has practical experience applying this knowledge in an Operations processing environment. 
 
The UK Regulatory Reporting function sits within the Corporate Actions team, and a successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring regulatory reporting requirements in order to identify any necessary disclosures. In addition, the team uses reports generated from their systems to monitor the Takeover Panel and EU Transparency Directive for disclosures.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Understand and adhere to Risk & Control Framework and Policy Framework specific to the role in Business Support.
