Our marine client in Inverclyde is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
 
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing the quotes/enquiries and dealing with any issues or complaints, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
  • Must have commercial and technical knowledge of maritime industry and in particular spare parts/trading and dealing with customers across global locations
  • Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Confident manner to deal with enquiries and complaints
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is highly desirable
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
  • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails, inquiries, claims.
  • Managing quotes, orders from different customers around the world.
  • Supporting the team on the technical issues.
  • Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets.
  • Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary.
