Our client is an early-stage Fintech firm working towards market entry with its revolutionary platform. They are looking for the right person to join them as a Data Scientist on an initial 3-month FTC to take their Machine Learning engine forward. The role will suit a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to get involved at such an exciting and formative stage in the clients growth.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Strong data science skills, including experience, preferably using Python (and associated libraries), SQL databases, data engineering and data visualisation.

Knowledge, both theoretical and applied, in a range of Machine Learning algorithms.

Experience developing and deploying different types of models within a commercial environment

Strong solution design skills and the ability to get into the details while seeing and understanding the bigger picture.

Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner and sell these to a non-technical audience.

Experience in finance.

Experience with modern data tools and data technologies in the cloud.

Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

REMUNERATION PACKAGE ON OFFER
As the client is pre-revenue and currently going through a major VC Funding round, they are prepared to offer the successful candidate significant equity prior to funding being in place
