Digital Marketing Manager

Our growing Financial Services client has an opening for a Digital Marketing Manager who will own the strategic development of digital real estate including website, broker tools and email. In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and operation of the CRM system and engagement communication assets.
  • A proficient digital marketing professional with strong digital marketing experience
  • Design skills such a as PowerPoint and in-design
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to maintain and grow these relationships
  • Ability to manage daily workstack, meet deadlines and perform well in a team environment
  • A self-starter who takes accountability for work stack
  • Developing ongoing program of CX improvements on the website / emails
  • Managing and optimising the delivery of media via trade and sourcing
  • Delivering and management of marketing content on CRM system
  • Operating and optimising the tagging, consent & other 3rd party web apps
  • Overseeing the delivery of digital documents, artwork & graphical content
  • Line management of 1 direct report
  • Supporting the wider team and leadership with digital insight and recommendations
  • Working closely with the other areas of the marketing team to deliver best in class campaigns
  • Demonstrate experience of managing CRM, improving CX and core digital
  • Be fluent with GDA/GA and provide regular updates
  • Input into marketing plans and campaign requirements
  • Look for continuous ways to push our Digital Marketing capability through new channels
