Our Financial Services client, one of the leading independent wealth management companies in the UK, is looking for a Fees Process Administrator based in their Newcastle office. They are looking for someone to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
As a Fees Process Administrator, you will be managing a lot of financial data. You will be fluent with spreadsheets and be a medium to intermediate level Excel user. A financial background would be advantageous in this role, with an ability to problem-solve, analyse and be critical in your approach to data.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT 
  • Excel experience: V-Look Up and Pivot Tables (highly desired)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Analytical and logical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to cope in high-pressure environments

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Understand and adhere to Risk & Control Framework and Policy Framework specific to the role in Business Support.
  • Ensure work is produced to a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner and to relevant SLAs or Business Support standards.
