Our client requires an HSEQ Coordinator / Administrator to support operations in all aspect of coordination for HSEQ Policy, strategies and objectives. This role is also the designated Drug and Alcohol Testing Coordinator.

Work closely with all members of the Gas Fleet, ship and shore, in support of an effective implementation of the Management System and continuous improvement.

As Execution Officer (Observation Module), carry out quality check and ensure suitable documentation prior to assignment to Approver for a timely review and closure.

Prepare and distribute monthly Incident/Near Miss/Audit Findings Summary to the fleet.
-
Review TSOP Analysis Report and distribute monthly TSOP analysis report to the fleet.
-
Check and upload all Inspections Reports, ISM Code Reviews, Internal and External Audit Reports into Inspection System.

Assist with collation of information and data to meet client and company reporting requirements.

Collate all Internal Inspection Reports and provide Report to the Vessel and the Management.

Monitor status of all open findings. Update responses into Inspection System. Generate Closure Report to the Vessels.

Maintain and update the Incident Action log for the fleet.

Coordinate responses for Shipboard HSEQ Meeting Minutes.

Review and nominate Quarterly Fleet Operational Leadership Champion in coordination with Team.

Maintain vessels LTI free days record. Notify Team on Vessel’s reaching Anniversary date. Arrange for Special Recognition Plaque for achieving LTI Free Days as per Safety Reward Program.

Prepare Monthly and Quarterly HSEQ KPI Reporting.

Weekly review of Vessels Work and Rest Hours Record and provide generated report to the Team. Notify HSEQ Superintendent of any identified concerns.

Coordinate Drug and Alcohol testing, including maintenance of records.

Carry out monthly checks and maintain up to date ERT Room related documents.

A member of the ERT Team. Act as Public Affair Liaison Personnel where required.

Provide administrative support to HSEQ Team. This includes maintenance and upkeep of SharePoint filing system
-
Coordinate and provide HSEQ KPI reporting for Business unit & customers.
