HSEQ Data Administrator

Our client requires an HSEQ Data Administrator to support company operations and coordinate data to meet both Company and Customer requirements.

  • Proven experience (approx 4yrs) within an Office Admin role.
  • A passion for administration and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Strong reporting skills and management of KPI’s.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Data management.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications).
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Ensure all inspections Reports and Audit Reports in HSEQ database is maintained and easily available.
  • Assist with collation and analysis of information and data to meet client and company reporting requirements.
  • Maintain HSEQ Master KPI log.
  • Monitor status of all open findings and actions for the fleet.
  • Monitor key compliance KPI’s and due dates for inspections and audits,
  • Maintain vessels LTI free days record. Notify Team on Vessel’s reaching Anniversary date.
  • Prepare Monthly and Quarterly HSEQ KPI Reporting to meet customer and company requirements.
  • Weekly review of Vessels Work and Rest Hours Record and provide generated report to the Team. Notify HSEQ Superintendent of any identified concerns.
  • Coordinate Drug and Alcohol testing, including maintenance of records.
  • Carry out monthly checks and maintain up to date ERT Room related documents.
  • A member of the ERT Team. Act as Public Affair Liaison Personnel where required.
  • Provide administrative support to the HSEQ Team. This includes maintenance and upkeep of SharePoint filing system.
  • Any other duties that are appropriate to the position and as deemed necessary by the company.
