An experienced Investment Administrator is required, to provide comprehensive administrative support for all Investment Managers within the Nottingham office to ensure all work is carried out effectively and accurately

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
 
  • Financial Services background and investment knowledge essential
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
  • Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail
  • Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written
  • Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales
  • Flexible and reliable team member

JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Client Meeting preparation including all new Suitability work (report, valuations, etc) & new Needs Assessment/Welcome letters.
  • Collate update and input client information to produce client service review documents using CMS
  • Incoming phone calls and emails/ client communication
  • General Admin (Fee queries, forms, rate cards, etc)
  • New Business and Account Administration
  • Probate Administration
  • Transfers in and out
  • ISA subscriptions and transfers
  • Corporate actions
  • Payment Administration
  • Quarterly fee management for the office
