Our client requires 2 Marine Site Managers to manage their Marine Sites. One role will be based in the Outer Hebrides and the 2nd role is on the West Coast of the Scottish Highlands
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Management experience on an aquaculture site is required (preferably with salmon)

Comfortable working towards and achieving targets with a proactive approach

Budget Management experience

Strong Communication skills
-
Self Motivated with the ability to motivate others

Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, with experience of liaising with statutory authorities.

Full drivers license
JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and act upon any issues.

Responsible for the delivery and improvement of KPI’s

Ownership of the site expenditure to ensure all is within budget

Ensuring the working environment is safe for all employees and visitors
-
Achieve the highest welfare, food safety and quality standards from the site.

Maintain site records relating to e.g. livestock, environment, etc.
