Marketing Manager, required for a 12month fixed term contract, to develop marketing communications and campaigns, which generate additional revenue.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
  • Educated to degree level and/or relevant qualification within marketing discipline(s) or experience in a relevant setting
  • Proven ability to increase revenue through focussed marketing plans and activities
  • Knowledge of customer experience cycle and ability to enhance through the provision of high quality customer information in the form of marketing content
  • Expertise in effective communications, including website development, traditional print, e-campaigns and social media
  • Ability to analyse impact of campaigns through a range of mechanisms, traditional qualitative and quantitative and on-line analytics
  • Ability to work with other marketing colleagues to share information and insights in order to develop future offering and campaigns
  • Budget setting and monitoring
  • Ability to manage projects on time and to cost and quality parameters
  • Issue resolution / problem solving utilising facts and data
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and a persuasive and influential communicator
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A strong working knowledge of all regulations and their impact on the business
  • Customer service and communication skills
 
JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Utilising the reports from the Market Intelligence team, design marketing campaigns across all media and customer groups (web, e-campaigns, radio, TV, print and social media) with a forecast revenue out-turn
  • Develop content and copy (created and commissioned) across all media and customer groups to meet the needs of customers at the various stages of the customer experience
  • Deliver marketing campaigns which are memorable, excellently executed and deliver additional revenue in line with expectations / assessment and which maintains / develops the company brand equity.
  • Utilise a range of analytic tools to measure campaign effectiveness and prepare reports on these regularly
  • Contribute to the definition of brand, guidelines, and support compliance
  • Make cost and time effective decisions about the placement of creative / content work
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of integrated marketing, campaigns and communications with partner organisations
