We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Officer to join our ship management client. As Marketing Officer, you will sit within the Company’s Business Control unit, who will assist the Organization’s ambitious expansion plans, through the provision of marketing and communications support to the Organization and its various subsidiaries.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Business Partner, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in developing, activating, and analyzing B2B and B2C marketing and communications campaigns, in line with company objectives and working closely with different stakeholders.
The Marketing Officer will be expected to work independently but also as part of the team in what is a diverse and fast-moving environment, supporting the Company’s global marine services subsidiaries.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or relevant discipline

Minimum 2 years’ experience of working within a Marketing/Comms team/agency and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders

Previous experience in producing, executing, and managing social media campaigns & web analytics

Experience in managing and updating websites through backend CMS
-
Excellent communication and people skills, in addition to strong organizational and time-management abilities

A role this diverse requires someone with the capability and temperament to transition between brands, activities, and priorities on a daily basis

The responsibility of administrating company social media requires someone with the correct level of experience to accurately portray the Company to an external audience
JOB DESCRIPTION

Support and lead in the preparation and management of advertising/communication campaigns (social, email and industry media)

Project manage exhibitions and promotional events
-
Manage and monitor progress of Digital Marketing campaigns and performance reports

Manage the production of diverse marketing collateral (website, brochures, presentations etc.), utilising external agencies when required

Assist with delivery of film projects
-
Work with subsidiaries on client engagement projects
-
Assist with management and oversight of marketing budgets and ROI
-
Support with internal employee engagement programs such as Wellbeing and CSR
-
