We require an Office Administrator to join our client based in Gourock on a short-term temporary contract, initially 4-6 weeks. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing general administration support to the HR Services function.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Office experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment
 
JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Processing reference requests and welcome packs
  • Create and issue staff travel passes
  • Maintenance of employee records including pension paperwork
  • Processing mail and distributing as required
  • Maintenance of appraisal inbox and appraisal log
  • General administrative support to the Payroll, Learning & Development and HR Services team
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
