We require an Office Administrator to join our client based in Gourock on a short-term temporary contract, initially 4-6 weeks. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing general administration support to the HR Services function.

Scanning and filing of documents

Processing reference requests and welcome packs

Create and issue staff travel passes

Maintenance of employee records including pension paperwork

Processing mail and distributing as required

Maintenance of appraisal inbox and appraisal log

General administrative support to the Payroll, Learning & Development and HR Services team

Any other ad hoc duties as required
