Reconciliations Administrator

Our client is one of the UK's leading independent providers of discretionary wealth management and they are looking for an Administrator to join their Business Support team on a 6 month FTC. Previous experience of Reconciliations is essential, as is making sure they hire people with not only the right skills, but who also demonstrate their values. The Reconciliations Administrator will be joining the team based in the Edinburgh office.
  • Previous experience of reconciliations is essential (Cash, Stock & Unit Trusts)
  • Experience of reconciliations using a 3rd party software application (e.g., Accurate, CARS)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Adaptable to change
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to communicate professionally with all relevant stakeholders – both written and orally
  • Intermediate level of IT proficiency desirable
  • Analytical, numerical problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of the Financial Services sector is desirable
