Our ship management client requires a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
 
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for general recruitment administration to support all aspects of the process including but not limited to organizing interviews, engaging with agencies, publishing job roles, as well as supporting the drive for greater candidate attraction for the Company.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
  • Administration experience beneficial, but not a pre-requisite for the position
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload, in a fast-paced business
  • Highly organised team player who works well with others to achieve targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Packages including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in new systems
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Regular follow up and communication on the recruitment process to both Managers and candidates, including responding to candidates following interviews, informing of the outcome whilst passing on interview feedback
  • Reporting monthly on recruitment statistics within the Company, supporting the Recruitment and Resourcing Specialist with dashboard packs
  • Managing recruitment tracker and other associated data to ensure data reporting information is accurate
  • Liaise with Hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain candidate records within the departments ensuring compliance with all necessary processes
  • Create and advertise new vacancies on Company website as well as LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Support international offices with recruitment support as and when required
  • Coordinate travel and expenses for international candidates
  • Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including close collaboration with the wider HR team, ensuring consistent communication to the candidate.
