We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to work on a 2-month fixed term contract, with a hybrid mix of office/work from home.
 
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for recruitment processes and assisting our client to find the right applicants for summer placements.  Screening questions have already been prepared and these interviews can take place via Teams.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • High level of aptitude in oral, written and email communication
  • Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including outlook and Teams
  • Numerate, able to manipulate, analyse and present data to provide meaningful management information
  • Able to work accurately and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Able to work flexibly on both routine and more complex tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to listen carefully and respond appropriately to customer queries
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and be proactive in offering assistance to colleagues
  • Ability to communicate professionally and always keep hiring managers and others updated
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Experience in administration during an on boarding process desirable
  • Experience in recruitment scheduling is advantageous
  • Min 1 years+ experience in resourcing or administrative in recruitment highly desirable

  • Vetting CVs
  • Contacting candidates to schedule interviews
  • Supporting interviews via Teams
  • Responding to candidates’ queries
  • Any other duties required by the Fleet Crewing Manager
