Our market leading superyacht client with offices across the world is currently hiring a Retail Charter Broker for their Direct Charter department based in their Miami office.
Our client is a major in the international full service yachting industry offering chartering, brokerage and new build construction. With offices around the globe they service a fleet of over 60 yachts.
  • Previous ‘HNWI client facing’ experience essential
  • Experience in developing a portfolio of clients
  • Proven natural talent for negotiating
  • Excellent networking capabilities
  • First-hand experience on yachts (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent written, oral communication and numeracy skills
  • Confident and outgoing manner
  • Well-presented and articulate
  • Keen interest and experience in travel
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work hard in often unsociable hours
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills and the ability to close transactions
  • Excellent knowledge of the Superyacht Market
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury lifestyles
  • Knowledge of the charter process and contracts
  • Ability to present accurately and professionally to UHNWI’s
  • The ability to handle numerous simultaneous enquiries effectively and professionally
  • The ability to resolve problems in a pressured environment
  • Proven eligibility to work in the United States
The Broker will be an integral part of the team and will deliver the high standard of service that is synonymous with the company brand.  The candidate will be in a position to build an extensive client base and must be able to communicate at the highest, most professional level.  The position will be based in Miami however the role will require the successful candidate to travel extensively both nationally and internationally.
