Senior Product Governance Analyst

Our award-winning client are currently looking for a Senior Product Governance Analyst. In this high profile the successful candidate will deliver complex and detailed analysis of our underwritten products informed, in part, by FCA requirements. This is a highly visible role working across multiple streams, engaging with multiple stakeholders around the business. Reporting to the Product Governance Manager, the Senior Product Governance Analyst will gather insight and analyse MI using wide ranging data providing recommendations to senior management.   • Excellent understanding of FCA expectations in terms of customer outcomes as well as a good understanding of regulatory requirements

  • Analyse MI against defined customer outcomes using wide ranging data including complaints, loss ratios, claims, customer insight, pricing and lapse data, resulting in recommendations to senior management to mitigate any customer detriment identified
  • Deliver complex and detailed analysis of our underwritten products informed, in part, by FCA PROD
  • Assist in the production of a range of customer outcome assessments including Product Risk Assessments and targeted Customer Outcome Testing to ensure delivery of fair customer outcomes with attention to vulnerable customers
  • Deliver presentations of your findings with recommendations to governance committees or senior stakeholders
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders around the business incl. proposition development, distribution, sales, conduct risk and underwriting
  • Manage resulting actions within agreed timeframes
  • Influence and shape recommendations to result in defined actions
  • Help manage and develop the team’s customer outcome MI
  • Advise our Commercial and Marketing areas on customer outcome expectations to support strategic decisions on product benefits
  • Support quality assurance activities within the Product Management team
