Due to continued business growth our marine client in Aberdeen is looking to add a Tendering Engineer, on a permanent basis.
The Tendering Engineer is central to our client’s growth plans and will be responsible for crafting and submitting tailored Proposals that align with client needs and their strategic goals. This role demands a balance of creativity and accuracy, requiring the individual to effectively communicate our strengths while adhering to client and industry standards.
This position requires effective collaboration with Key Account Managers, internal experts, and stakeholders, integrating diverse insights into each proposal. Regular client interaction is essential for a precise understanding of their requirements, ensuring our client’s proposals are both compelling and customised.
The Tendering Engineer oversees the management and prioritisation of all business unit proposals, building cost models and maintaining our client’s CRM system. The role involves leading the existing tendering team to support multiple opportunities with a commitment to quality, ensuring timely, top-standard responses that drive our business forward.

Educational Background:
