We are very excited to announce that we have now launched our new website complete with a new back end that will increase our functionality and improve our efficiency as a recruiter.  Alongside this we have launched our new company page on LinkedIn and would like to invite you to follow us to keep up to date with all goings on within Red Consult and obviously to ensure that you hear about our jobs before anyone else.

What will the changes mean for you?

Great question and I’m glad you asked…Our website will now enable us to work in talent pools that keep all our relevant candidate data at our recruiter’s finger tips to ensure that you are not lost in a system.  One of the other points we are really excited about it is the ability for candidates to now register with us and be able to view their status online at any given moment.  So, the next time you apply for a job through us you can see if you have been submitted to our client after the shortlisting / telephone interview stages have been completed.

We are committed to adding more value to our candidates than any other recruiter in the seven seas and we know how important feedback is to everyone so our system now ensures that every candidate that has applied will be made aware of the outcome of their application pre and post interview.  As a candidate, you will also be able to set your preferences to receive job alerts as and when they are created by our consultants.  If at any point you want to turn them off, you can do so until you are in the market again.  These preferences will also be presented to our recruiters when they create a job in a shortlist of relevant candidates.
