Our Financial Services client, one of the leading independent wealth management companies in the UK, is looking for an Administrator to be based in their Newcastle office. They are looking for someone to join their team on a 8-month fixed-term contract.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT 
  • Strong Excel experience: V-Look Up and Pivot Tables experience (highly desired)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Analytical and logical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to cope in high-pressure environments

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Opening Client Accounts
  • Changes of Details
  • Administration using internal systems
  • Understand and adhere to Risk & Control Framework and Policy Framework specific to the role.
  • Ensure work is produced to a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner and to relevant SLAs standards.
  • Escalate any issues as appropriate to management in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of your personal and professional development.
  • Carry out all administrative duties in line with company procedures.
  • Identify continuous improvements in working practices.
  • Provide excellent client service, delivering against expectations and keeping all stakeholders updated.
  • Support delivery of projects where appropriate.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment, demonstrating the company values at all times
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide support to other team members as required and carry out other relevant duties as required from time to time
