As a Crewing Officer, you’ll take the lead in crew planning, coordination, logistics, payroll, and administration for offshore assets - making sure the team is supported and the operations stay on course.

Proven experience in offshore crewing, supporting various offshore units, DSVs, and wind farm vessels across multiple jurisdictions, with strong knowledge of flag state and statutory requirements.

Extensive background in seagoing HR and logistics within a ship management environment.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve as the main point of contact for both crew and client for assigned assets.

Conduct pre-mobilisation compliance checks for offshore crew.

Ensure all crew certifications remain valid throughout their assignments.

Track and update crew movements in real-time within the crew management system.

Distribute mobilisation information to crew promptly and accurately.

Coordinate and communicate with the Client and Offshore Management Team (OMT).

Provide vessel/client agents with all necessary information to enable smooth crew changes and prevent delays in immigration or transportation.

Arrange travel, logistics, and visas for assigned crew as required.

Keep the crew informed with regular updates on movements, travel plans, and schedules.

Perform payroll checks and ensure accuracy in crew payments.

Support payroll in resolving any issues related to crew movements or expenses.

Work with the training team to maintain compliance for all assigned assets.

Maintain full knowledge of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
