We are delighted to be working with our Global Healthcare client supporting them in their search for an Interim Digital Propositions Lead. With significant investment planned to transform and deliver new digital services to their customers, our client are looking for someone who understands customer strategy, with a strong UX background and who can manage the full process from Roadmap to Delivery. As their Interim Digital Propositions Lead, you’ll create and deliver the digital services in two key areas: their app strategy engaging multiple target audiences and their virtual services.
 
While this is a 12-month fixed term contract the right applicant will play an integral role in the larger vision for the Team, taking the proposition from insight through to delivery with excellent prioritisation skills this individual will galvanise the surrounding teams from projects all the way to the most senior management. With extensive experience of taking digital propositions to market and end-to-end management of the development lifecycle this is a very exciting opportunity for the right person. Our client are adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering people to balance their time between home and the London office.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
  • Hands-on experience of taking significant digital propositions to market – UX design; creation of Epics and User stories; prioritisation of resource
  • End-to-end management of the proposition development lifecycle – insight, ideation, concept development, business case development, build management, PIR and data analysis
  • Budget and business case management
  • People and leadership skills
  • Experience of delivering to C-Suite stakeholders, internally and externally
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Delivery to agreed timescales of a differentiated app to multiple target audiences (in-scope audiences Corporate, SME, individual, Affinity partners)
  • Ensure prioritisation of the app feature roadmap so that the customer value proposition is maximised subject to available resource
  • Ensure that the app proposition is constantly optimised through the evaluation of customer feedback
  • Working with their joint venture, own the relationship for proposition and ensure that they deliver the proposition roadmap on time and in control
  • Based on customer insight, agile proposition methodology and competitor landscape, develop the app roadmap to maximise value for target audiences
  • Manage relationships in terms of the proposition roadmap and commercial model to develop our virtual services to give maximum value to our customers and the business
  • Regularly update on progress and demonstrate the need to pivot strategy when required
  • Own the relationship with the technology department to ensure resource is consistent with roadmap delivery for the app and virtual services
  • Own and manage the budget and business case for the app delivery programme
  • Ensure that there is a strong risk management framework in place to govern app and digital services and that risks are continuously identified, assessed, and mitigated in line with client protocols
