The role of the Financial Planning Administrator, based in Edinburgh, will be to be to provide administrative support to the Financial Planning Team.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel is essential
  • Working towards CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • A highly motivated individual

  • Professional/courteous approach when dealing with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work in a high-pressured environment

JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Report preparation
  • Scanning incoming/outgoing client correspondence
  • Facilitate and monitor the opening of new accounts, and processing new business applications and cheques,
  • Liaising directly with other departments and clients where necessary
  • Compile and send client valuations, liaising with product providers and clients where necessary
  • Liaising with product providers to arrange payment of pension benefits
  • Updating internal databases with client information
  • Investigate and resolve client related queries
