Marine Maintenance Manager required in Greenwich to manage the marine maintenance activities and services for our clients North Pacific region (NPMA). The role encompasses the management of all customer relationship, commercial, technical, operational, quality and financial aspects of the services.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Proven experience in a senior project management customer-facing role

A background in Marine Operations or Sub plant manufacturing

High level of commercial awareness

Good knowledge and understanding of marine businesses as well as specific appreciation of marine maintenance service

Degree level or equivalent
JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall responsibility for management of the NPMA activity and contracts with current revenues of approx. €23M
-
Manage the repairs required for the NPMA service, co-ordinating between the customer and the support services to achieve timely repairs and satisfied customers.

Business and customer liaison, including reporting (weekly & other) on all aspects of the marine maintenance

Cost control and reporting

Overall planning and organising of NPMA vessels’ movements, submarine plant, depots, repairs, UJ pooling, cable awareness etc

Invoicing to customers (with Finance)

Providing support to Sales & Marketing for all NPMA Marine Maintenance services

Representation in industry forums as required
