We are recruiting for a QA Officer to join our Ship Management client, based in Central London. The QA Officer will be responsible for collating and analysing our clients QHSE data.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Previous experience within the QA/ship management industry.

A Levels/Highers.

Excellent attention to detail.

Good MS office skills.

Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Accurately record all Near Miss, Incident and Injury reports and other QHSE returns.

Monitor and record all audit/inspection reports and medical cases reported by vessels.

Ensure all required QHSE data is up-to-date, assist with trend analysis and provide feedback to the vessels.

Assist in the preparation of QHSE reports.

Carry out staff risk assessments

Assist with the maintenance of emergency room equipment

Promote and comply with the Company’s “Safety and Environmental Policy”
