We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager for an 11-month contract, based in Corsham.
 
Please note this role will be working remotely during lockdown and once the government guidelines change, you will be required to visit the office occasionally (approx. once a week).
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
 
  • Risk Management/Project Management experience, with experience gained in a project environment.
  • Experience of interacting with risk and issues function.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Qualified in; PRINCE2 Foundation, Management of Risk Foundation, APM Project Fundamentals and Introduction to Project Delivery.
  • Security Clearance: SC
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
  • Provision of effective and efficient advice on Project Delivery (PD) Risks and Issues to Project/ Work Package Managers.
  • Establish a timetable of regular risk and issue reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for facilitating the identification, analysis and monitoring of PD Risks and Issues.
  • Produce periodic and ad-hoc PD Risk and Issues reports to a standard template.
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, with the work package leads.
  • Maintain the Risk & Issues register for the PDP theme.
  • Enacting the Risk Management strategy through effective use of risk processes and procedures in accordance with Departmental policy and the complexity of the change initiative, as directed by the PDP theme lead.
