Test and Integration Manager

We’re excited to be partnering with our client to recruit a Test and Integration Manager to join their team in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing complex optical systems from development into full-scale manufacturing.
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with strong experience in electro-optical and hardware industrialisation - this role is firmly focused on real-world systems, so a purely software testing background won’t be the right fit.
As the Test and Integration Manager, you’ll lead the design, deployment, and continuous optimisation of automated test systems and production test benches. Your work will directly support the successful integration and manufacture of advanced optical and electronic hardware products, making a tangible impact on cutting-edge technology.
