Barbora Oudova

Barbora graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in International Tourism Management. She has a diverse professional background in Recruitment, HR, Finance, and the Travel industry. During her studies, she completed internships in HR and Recruitment and has gained international work experience in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, the UAE, and the UK. Barbora also has recruitment experience across different countries and sectors, giving her a broad and adaptable perspective on talent acquisition.

Barbora joined the Red Team in December 2025 as our Recruitment Administrator.
