Karen has been a Director of Red Marine Recruitment for over 10 years, playing a key role in building the business from the ground up. With a strong family background in seafaring and marine recruitment, she brings a deep understanding of the maritime sector and has developed an extensive network across the industry. Karen was also previously a member of the Scottish Shipping Benevolent Association (SSBA), further reflecting her long-standing involvement in the maritime community.
